Jesus Is King!

Mark chapter 15 highlights the fact that even in Jesus trial and death He is declared over and over and over again to be the absolute KING!  Pilate asks Jesus, "are you a king?" Jesus answers "You have said it".  Then Pilate announces to the Jews, "Behold your King!"   The soldiers mockingly crown Him with a crown of thorns and put a purple robe on Jesus again recognizing Jesus is truly a King even as they mock Him!  Then Pilate asks the people what do you want me to do with Jesus the "King of the Jews?"  The Jewish leaders ask Pilate to remove the declaration from off the cross.  Pilate simple says, "What I have done I have done."  The people below the cross recognize Him again as "King of the Jews" and challenge Jesus to come down from the cross.  Pilate then declares Jesus as "King of the Jews" in Latin, Greek and Hebrew letters by nailing it to the cross above Jesus head. Every declaration, every annoucement, every person associated with Jesus trial and death keep recognizing that Jesus is "KING OF THE JEWS".  The kingdom of God is the most powerful force in the world and Jesus shall soon return as the reigning KING! We have the most wonderful privilege to bow to Him now and make Him to be our personal King and ruler over our lives.  We here at Action Evangelism do not believe that simple faith and receiving Jesus as Saviour is enough.  We believe in Lordship evangelism.  True repentance takes us directly under Jesus authority and makes Him both Lord and Saviour. This is the lost message of the church today.  "Easy believism" has stripped the seeker friendly church today of it's power and authority on earth to take nations and to live the victorious life.  One of our favorite sayings is, "You have no authority, if you are not under authority!"

The Last Trumpet

I woke up a couple of days ago and the Spirit told me to put on a sound of the trumpet in a post.  He is getting ready for the "Final Trumpet to sound" and we should call people to His kingdom. I found a beautiful rams horn or shofar sound and placed some beautiful video with scripture. I believe we are in the last days of His call to planet earth and we must sound the trumpet. What were trumpets or ram's horns used for in the bible?

1. Call for God's presence.  Then Joshua the son of Nun called the priests and said to them, "Take up the ark of the covenant, and let seven preists bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the covenant."  Joshua 6:6 
2. Call to battle.  Numbers 10:9 “When you go to war in your land against the enemy who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets, and you will be remembered before theLord your God, and you will be saved from your enemies."
3. Call to fasting.  Joel 2:15  Blow the trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly."
4. Call to Festival.   Leviticus 25:9  "Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land."
5. Call to rest.  Leviticus 23:24 “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation."   
6. Call to judgment.  Revelation 9:14  "Saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.”    
7. Call the make oaths   II Chronicles 15:14     "Then they took an oath before the Lord with a loud voice, with shouting and trumpets and rams’ horns."   
8. Call gather for the second coming of Christ!  I Corinthians 15:2   "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."   

                                                                       

Jesus "hour" has come

Mark 14 continues with the life of Jesus. Jesus understood the Father's timing and He now confesses, "My hour has come..."  It was a time of preparation for His betrayal by Judas, denial by Peter and anointing by the woman who valued Jesus so much she poured a whole years worth of salary of precious spikard on Jesus head.  How much do you value Jesus?  It shows daily in how we focus our love and affections on Him. Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also says the Bible.  Giving to Jesus sacrifically actually increase your capacity to love Him.  The people around this woman said, "what a waste this was... the perfume could have been sold and the money given to the poor." The bible said she was "greatly criticized" for pouring this valuable spikard perfume on Jesus. But they didn't understand the value Jesus had in her heart.  When other women went to the grave after Jesus rose from the dead and the grave was empty, they came to anoint Him with special spices and perfume.  But His body was gone!  It was this woman who had the privilege to anoint Jesus.  Jesus said, "Because you have done this, you shall be known as a memorial forever.."  She left her mark with her sacrifice of love and we are still talking about her gift today. Again I ask, "How much do we value Jesus?"  Enough to give Him a whole years salary?  You can value Him by building intimacy with Him.  He desires this more than gifts of gold. This teaching will give you greater revelation on "your time".

Whole Lot of Shaking Going On!

We are in the last stages of earth's entrophy.  Earth is reaching it's breaking point and the cup of man's sin is filling to the brim. "Thrust in your sharp sickly and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, for her grapes are fully ripe." Rev. 14:1 God's love demands that He only acts out of His goodness. He will not bring judgment upon man, but His wrath will be against man's sin. He hates sin enough that He has already judged sin once by sacrificing His own Son...that's how much His nature cannot stand iniquity. He is a holy God Jehovah. If He was willing to give the eternal love of His life, His Son, for us, He will not hold back the payment of sin as man's own judgment will come simply because of SIN'S PENATLY. The bible clearly states, "The wages of sin is death." Romans 3:23  His oath, which He always keeps, established that every sin has a payment. That payment was made by Jesus Christ for those who beleive and receive Him as their sacrifice for that sin. For the rest of mankind, they must pay the penalty of their own sin with judgment. The bible clearly says over and over again, "And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books."  Rev. 20:12  The thing written in the books are the oaths God made with man and the breaking of those coveants through rebellion.  How is this judgment already coming?

1. In nature.  Roman's 8 says, "The earth groans and travails as a women in childbirth.."  We will see increased earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes and even stars falling from the sky. Nature itself responds to the iniquity of man's sin.  This can be seen in diseases we release upon ourselves through sexual disobedience and dietary viloations. Medical overdoses are also causing the preparation of major outbreaks of communicatable diseases.  We are an over medicated world.  

2. In Wall Street.  Man's greed and breaking of basic financial practices has brought a debt on America that we cannot bear.  Watch for a major financial shift in September of 2015.  There could well be a collapse of the dollar and Wall Street is already feeling the strain. Get silver in exchangable denominations and enough cash to take you through at least 3 months of bank and ATM closures  This is the end of the seven year Shemitah and the beginning of the year of Jubilee. Their will be transferrence of wealth in a major way into God's kingdom for the end-time harvest. The world financial system the bible calls "Babylon" is being shaken to the core.

3. In Men's Hearts.  Man's hearts are becoming hardened toward sin and we have entered a season of lack of discernment concerning what is truth.  The new byword is "tolerance".  Moral foundations are being shaken by same sex marriage, legal drugs, and killing of babies in the womb.  Moral relativism shapes the landscape.  If it feels good do it.

4. In Satanic Release.  Satan and demons operate on two principles... territory and permission.  Mankind is giving Satan and principalities major territories on earth through mindsets that are in harmony with them.  As a result, Satan and principalities are given permission to influence and compel men to deeper dispair.  A rise of hopelessness will come in this season to those who practice harmony with Satan. 

Why is this happening?  It is all part of God's providence.  The earth as we know it will pass away and God will bring a"new heaven and a new earth" (Isaiah 65:17) wherein dwells righteousness. Life will not look the same in the coming years.  The Father is getting ready to transfer earth to his Son's bride..the saints of the most high "Look for a new heavens and a new earth wherein righteousness dwells."  II Peter 3:13  This is not new as in creating a new thing, but a restored earth by God's people.  These are exciting times, trying times, but we are not in darkness that that day should overtake us as a theif.  We are the sons of light.  As God's kingdom kids, we will be informed by the Holy Spirit about the "Times and the seasons".  If God sent angels to wicked Lot's door, certainly He will send angels to our doors to warn us.  We will be prepared and ready for this transition of earth to the bride.  Our lamps will be trimmed and ready.  We are already laying plans for this transferrence.  We are confident that it will happen because it does not depend upon man, but Isaiah 9:6 says, "The zeal of the Lord will do it."  You see, the kingdom of God is not in entrophy but in INCREASE.  Remember Hebrews 12:27  God says, "Yet once more, indicates the removal of those things which are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain." The next verse says, "We have a kingdom that cannot be shaken..."  Praise God!

Revelation of Jesus Christ

The hidden treasure of the universe is Jesus Christ.  The secrets of God's kingdom belong to those who receive this revelation.  "In Christ are hidden all treasures of wisdom and knowledge."  Man's forever pursuit of knowledge too often circumvents the source of knowledge.  The real universe dwells in the secret place of the "Most High" and is discovered in the realm of the spirit.  God is a spirit and they that worship Him must do so in spirit and truth.  This is reality, and reality is ultimate truth, because it's eternal and the knowledge of Jesus Christ will abide forever. The discipline of ignoring the constant attention to our mind, body and soul is necessary to began to lock into our "spirit man". God has been unveiling this powerful truth to me in progressive form.  I will be sharing some important keys to those who "have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying" to us. Getting into the realm of the "spirit man" early in the day comes through connecting to God, first of all through morning worship. You must try our worship channel as a way of connecting to some of the best "Spirit sounds" online. Then step two is a journey into the word of God. The natural man immediately starts paying attention to himself upon awakening in the morning. This immediately begans the blockage to our "spirit man" and the result is stress and distraction for the day. I call this pursuit into the "spirit man" developing your SQ or "spiritual quotient". We all understand IQ or intellectual quotient and much has been recently said about our EQ or "emotional quotient" in the marketplace, but a relative new field is developing your SQ. Like many new sciences, man is basically pursuing this one the wrong way. SQ specialits say you must increase your "self awareness" in relation to your universe around you. You must connect with yourself.  I say you must develop your "Christ awareness".  Self awareness simply multiplies your own weakness and brokenness. How can you draw from a dirty well and get clean water? Why even bother?  What is so important about our "spirit man" that I must pay attention? I suggest some of the following:

1. You hear God's voice through your "spirit man".  The key to the end of this age is hearing God's voice for what is coming on the earth.  Jesus said, "My sheep hear my voice". When is the last time your heard God speak to you?

2. You become transformed in your thinking.  You embrace your inheritance in Christ beginning with the "Mind of Christ".  You no longer "SEE" just through the natural but also into the supernatural world of faith.  The world begins to look different through the eyes of Christ.  You begin to see what is truth.   

3. You sensitize your heart to God's passions. Yes, God is passionate and has feelings and experiences what we feel. His first passion is intimacy with you.  He is a hopeless romantic and forever lover of His "bride" the church... which is us. 

4. You enter into His "rest".  the book of Hebrews says, "Let us therefore labor to enter into His rest". This labor is laying aside everything in our natural world that overwhelms us and stands in the way of His "rest".

Signs of the End Times - Mark 13

Jesus gives a clear revelation of how the "end times" unfold in the Olivet discourse.  He had just rebuked the religious leaders for making God's house a house of merchandise. He chased out the money changers.  He then takes the disciples and other followers across the valley to the mount of Olives and begins teaching them. As they looked across the valley to the temple, they boasted about the beauty of the temple and it's stones, then Jesus tells how the temple will be destroyed and not one stone will be left upon another. This startling remark leads to a question. They asked the Lord, "When shall these things be, and what shall be the sign of Thy coming and the end of the age?"  We have been asking this question ever since.  Men want to know the end-time message and set dates.  But Jesus says, no one, not even the angels know.. only the Father. But Jesus says, "When you see the fig tree blossom, know that it is near even at the doors".  Israel, of course, is found in the symbol of the fig tree.  We are coming into the season where attention will be given to Israel at the end of the 49 years or 7 Shimitah's and the four blood moons. These end on the 29th of Elul in the Jewish calendar. This happens on the 13th of September 2015.  Just 10 days later on our Sepember 23rd the official Jewish year of Jubilee begins. Many believe these are significant dates.  I too feel something could happen that changes our world...especially in Israel.  Jesus continues the discourse by telling that the beginning of sorrows, or the starting of the tribulation period will be marked by earthquakes, famines, pestilence, wars and rumors of wars... but the end is not yet!  Then Jesus gives us the only TRUE SIGN of His coming.  He says, "When this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world, unto all nations (Ethnos - dialects) , then shall the end come".  Matthew 24:14  We here at Action Evangelism and Kingdom Life University take this very serious.  We have laid out, what we believe, is God's plan for us to help complete this task.  You can search our web site for the strategy God has given under COMPLETING THE HARVEST page. It is the only business plan I have ever seen for completing the harvest of 2.3 billion souls that have never once heard the gospel or even know that Jesus exists. These 2.3 billion souls are primarily in remote villages and areas of the world that have been basically closed to the gospel.  But God is now reaching into these unreached places. Muslims are seeing vision of Christ. God is opening their eyes. Former Muslims are evangelizing their own people.  Christian television is reaching homes and satellite dishes are coming out at night by the tens of thousands in places like Iran.  Iran now boasts the fastest growing underground church in the world!  This wave of evangelism cannot be stopped! Intimacy with God is a Choice

God has given us a heart to chose where we place our affections.  In Colossians 3:2-3 He says, "Set your mind (literally affections) on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.  When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory." I awoke early this morning and as I lay in bed I had a choice.  This morning I decided to press into the presence of God.  It took some time and some focus on worshipping my Lord.  But as I waited in His presence, song after song began breaking upon my soul.  Yes, my soul began to praise God.  David said we have the power to command our soul (mind, emotions, will, imagination and consience) to bless God.  That is exactly what David did in Psalms 103 when he COMMANDED his soul to bless God.  "Bless the Lord oh my soul and forget not His benefits...".  I put on some soaking music and my heart began to tune into my "Spirit Man". I have not descended off this "Spirit" high with God that started early this morning.  So I decided to take one of my very favorite "Soaking in His Presence" songs from Grace Williams and edit it into the beautiful piece of video worship art.  That is what I consider video editing.  And what you are about to look at below is the result.  Will you enter into the presence of God with me?  Just please sit back, become quite before the Lord and ENTER IN!

Financial Collapse & Year of Jubilee

Israel had stollen 70 years of rest of Sabbaths from God so He allowed them to go into captivity for 70 years.  The only day God calls holy is the day of rest or the Sabbath.  Even though there were many Old Testament laws that COULD require people to be stoned, only one man was really stoned for breaking the law in the entire OT.  It was the man who broke the Sabbath by picking up sticks. (Numbers 15:32 - 35) How serious is God about the Sabbath rest?  He was serious enough that He rested on the Sabbath from "All His work". America is not a Jewish state or nation, I realize that, but the princple of rest is so powerful in the bible that we COULD be entering into an involunatry "Jubilee" starting on September 13th, 2015. We are coming to the close of a 49 year period of 7 Shemitah's or the Jewish year of "Jubilee". God was not only displeased with Israel not keeping the Sabbaths, but God hates debt. "At the end of every seven years you shall grant a release of debts." Deut. 15:1.  What was the year of "Jubilee"?  It was a time to releasing everyone in Israel from their DEBTS. Could the collapse of the American dollor or the collapse of "Wall Street", be God's way of allowing all debts to be cancelled?  Our nation practices a form of "Jubilee" through backruptcy laws. Debt is one of the major bondages we as a nation and individuals face.  Perhaps the only way to save our nation is an involutary year of "Jubilee". I am not presenting this a some kind of prophecy, but during today's teaching in the book of Mark chapter 11, God began speaking through me and I was frankly a bit surprised myself. However, I have been saying for some time that what America needs is a VOLUNTARY year of "Jubilee".  We know that will not happen, but it definitely is a biblical principle.  God's ways always work and God has a way of making them work on earth voluntarily or involuntarily.  Do I have an inside on what is going to happen?  Absolutely not, but I do like the way God's kingdom brings personal and national freedom.  

Son of Hamas converted to Christianity!

Why do people want to go to the Bahamas? It's not because of the president or prime minister, or even the government.  It's the beaches and coconut palm trees, usually with a hammuck hung between them and the blue ocean in the background.  Atlantas is one of the largest overseas resorts in the world.  Why in the Bahamas?  Because if you are in the dead of winter in Chicago or New York at 10 degrees, the Bahamas looks pretty inviting!  Jesus always presented the benefits of the kingdom of God. The Bahamas has vacation benefits, the kingdom of God has natural and spiritual benefits.  Jesus said it was a place of righteousness (right standing with God), peace and joy.  Who wouldn't want that?  The kingdom of God even has its own health department... healing in the name of Jesus!  It is backed by a God of a variety of names like Jehovah Jireh "God our provider", Jehovah Shalom "God our peace", Jehovah Rapha "God our healer" as well as many others. Jesus presented these benefits in the beatitudes and said they all would produce incredible "Blessings". Things like an eternal kingdom of love and beauty.  If you want to convert Muslims, ask them about the benefits of their kingdom. Perhaps they will tell you about fear, oppression, legalism, jihadist war and sharia law. Doesn't sound like the kind of benefits you would like. Its like asking you if you would like to go to the Bahamas in the middle of winter or to Siberia. Perhaps we would witness more effectively to Muslims by presenting the wonderful benefits of the kingdom of God.  Jesus even said, "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you."  Matthew 6:33  I recently heard the Son of Hamas speak, the son of the leader of Hamas and he said, "When I started looking at my Muslim faith and the incredible oppression me and my people were under, and then looking at true Christianity, I had to convert." He says He loves Jesus Christ and He is now on a crusade to convert as many Muslims to Christ as he can.  His name is Mosab Hassan Yousef the one time national youth leader of Hamas which his father is the head, and this video exposes the god of the muslims. Please pray for him and his witness to the Muslim world.  He had to ask his own father to disown him because of the danger his father faced.  Hear his testimony on this video.

"My Sheep Hear My Voice" - JESUS

Jesus gives several of the "I Am's" in John 10.  Interestingly He declares that He is both the "Good Shepherd" and the "Door of the sheepfold".  This crictical concept is one of the most important truths in this prophetic hour.  A sheepfold in John 10 was a large enclosement that many shepherds brought their sheep in to during the night.  Why?  Because the wolves would attack the sheep and the sheep needed protection.  The shepherds would all sleep at the entrance of the sheepfold during the night.  In the morning each shepherd would rise and call "his own" sheep to follow him. They heard the voice of their shepherd and followed him into the fields. Jesus said, "My sheep hear my voice and follow me". The sheep were all atuned to their own shepherds voice. I am now about to give one of the most important warnings I have ever given. THERE WILL BE MANY VOICES CRYING TO YOU IN THESE LAST DAYS, BUT ONLY ONE CAN BE TRUSTED!  There are so many voices on the internet that great confusion and deception is setting in the bride of Christ. There are so many voices on television and the media that great confusion and deception has now come!  Jesus is standing at the door and crying...."Hear my voice only...."  Those that triumph at the end of this age are only those that know Jesus voice and follow Him!  I cannot emphasize this enough.  God is strongly prompting me by the Holy Spirit in this post to cry to the body of Christ and say, "Shut out every other voice but Jesus".  Trust me, your life will depend on this and even in this cricital hour in which we now live, which is your time of preparation for what is soon coming on planet earth.  You must, I repeat you must, learn to hear Jesus voice in the middle of all the other voices crying to your mind and soul.  How do you hear His voice?  Through the voice of the Holy Spirit in your Spirit Man! You must get into the "Spirit" daily. John the apostle said, "I John was in the Spirit on the day of the Lord."  two times in the book of Revelation.  John learned the secret of understanding the future.  Please forward this important post to everyone you know... something is about to happen on planet earth that is cricital to what I am now saying.  Let God's Spirit witness to your spirit if I am telling you the truth.  Get ready, awake thou that sleepest and rise from your sleep and He, Jesus, will give you life.  Please listen to the teaching below on John 10 on hearing His voice.

Are You Stressed? Here's Your Answer!

Does God change His size for you? Of course not, but your perception of Him changes. David said in Psalms 34:3 "Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together." What does it mean to "Magnify".  It means to enlarge in appearance.  The object never changed it's size, but the magnifier enlarged it!  God's person, presence and power will increase within you with praise!  I did seminars on stress years ago as I headed up a large single's ministry in Denver, Colorado with my fellow leader, Charles Jones. What is stress?  It is a perception that your problem is larger than your resource.  For example, if you have a house payment of $1,000 and you only have $500.00 to pay, you have a stress factor over 50%.  But if you have over a million dollars in the bank, your stress factor goes way down to zero! In fact, you probably won't even pay attention to the payment. Life is full of problems creating stress at every level. We are constantly evaluating our resources against those problems.  David came up with a real solution.  If God is your source, and I trust He is, you can change your perception of HIS ABILITY to take care of it. David said the best way to do that is to start praising Him....magnifying His ability, exalting His name. By the way, the names of Jehovah exemplify His nature and ability.  Declare His name over the situation.  Some of the names of Jehovah are, "God our healer", "God our Provider", "God our peace", etc.  Your "spirit man" will begin to affect your natural man of emotions, will, conscience, imagination.  And even your 5 natural senses of your body will begin to relax and change. Stop today and begin taking a few moments to "Magnify" the Lord! Man In The 5th Dimension - Spirit Man

The key to true discipleship is teaching men to "walk in the Spirit".  The realms of the three dimensions frame our natural world of observation.  Add "time" to the 3-D world and you have the 4th dimension.  But the "Spirit man" operates outside of these 4 dimensions of space and time. Jesus turned the water into wine.  It would have normally taken 22 years to plant the vineyard, cultivate the vineyard, wait for the grapes to ripen, and the time to ferment the grapes into the best wine.  But Jesus by the power of the Spirit released the water and from the time it left the water pots into the cups it became wine!  Reality is operating in the 5th dimension. Our four dimensions of time and space are part of the fallen world of sin. But the "Spirit man" operates in total perfection!  I am teaching through the book of John and over and over Jesus calls the disciples to "hear what the Spirit is saying."  The key to the end of this age is to "hear the voice of the Spirit".  But only the "Spirit man" can hear God's voice. The "Natural man cannot receive the things of the Spirit, neither can he know them for they are spiritually discerned." (I Corinthian 2:14) Jesus operated under the authority of the Father while walking on earth, and totally heard the Father's voice. Jesus admits in John 12:50 "Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak."  What activates the realm of the Spirit into our natural world?  It is your confession.  Your confession of faith takes the realm of the 5th dimension and releases it into the natural world. I was recently in Israel with a good number of other ministers.  I woke up one morning while staying in Jerusalem and God gave me a word.  I didn't understand it at the time, but now I do.  The word that came to me was, "When you walk in faith, you are already there."  Faith operates outside of the 4th dimension of time. What doctors could not do in 12 years of medical expertise in the woman with the issue of blood, Her faith did in one second when she touched Jesus garment. Her faith circumvented time. Shemitah - Coming Change in September 2015

Rabbi Jonathan Cahn provides a pretty convencing argument for radial change coming this September, particularly from Sept. 13 - 23rd.  Much of the body of Christ is picking up on this theme.  The seven year Shemitah cycle ends this coming September and reflects almost perfect timing with past Shemitah's.  It is also the date of the last of the four blood moons, each falling significantly on Jewish holidays. Such events as the 9/11 fall of the twin towers in New York fell at the end of this 7 year period.  Also the crash of the stock market in 2008, exactly 7 years from the fall of the towers.  Dating back all the way to the great depression in 1929-1930, we see that pattern following a very exact form.  Other days of significance would be the seven year period falling on 1967, the 6 day war in Israel, and 1948 the founding of the nation Israel all coming at the end of the 7 year Shemitah.  All these events happen around God's chosen land, Israel. Is all of this just circumstantial?  Or is God trying to give us a message of preparation.  Paul wrote to the Thessalonian church, "We are not in darkness that that day should overtake us as a thief."  That day would be referring to the "Day of the Lord" or the second coming of Christ back to earth with Jesus bride the church.  What are some possible events in America that might trigger a major catastrophic event?

1. Crash of the American dollar.  China and Russia are actively trying to change the petro dollar from the good ol' US dollar to another currency.  Unfortunately we owe China billions as they have bought our T-bonds for years.  Even without China and Russia, we have a very tentative dollar with such an outstanding debt of our government.  Something like $8,000 per capita of every American citizen. Even the Federal Reserve says this is unsustainable.

2. Madrid fault earthquake.  There have been many recent reports of the reactivation of the Madrid fault.  Many prophetic voices are crying, "Awake America" to this possibility. Even to the dividing of the physical American contenient into two separate entities.  Even the site for the future US navy maps shows a map of a huge water mass in place of the flowing Mississippi. No longer a river but a large influx of water from the gulf.  The largest earthquake in the 1800's was on this fault line.  Church bells were rung from the Madrid earthquake all the way up to Boston 1,500 miles away.  

3. Massive San Adreas earthquake.  Another hot spot is California.  Suffering already from a massive drought, this kind of event could cause great financial issues for the suffering state. California has always been the financial measure of blessing on our nation.  The annual budget of California would qualify it in the top 10 nations of the world's economic budgets.

4. Volcanic Eruption - Yellowstone Caldera.  This has been a subject of a lot of talk recently.  Yellowstone is being closely observed for recent activity.  It is more hydrothermal in nature and not a deep magna potential hazard.  But even this surface activity could create a devastaing affect.  

5. Violent Weather Patterns around the world. Is this the beginning of sorrows?  Are we at the beginning of things to come?  Romans 8 says the earth is groaning and travailing as a women in birth. We now live in what the bible calls perilous times.

   Any one of these events could cause enough financial stress on our economy that riots in the streets could happen. Banks could temporarily close to prevent major withdrawls.  Our government has been preparing for the last years for widespread Martial law and even encampment of individuals that may be a threat during a time of crisis.  

What am I saying?  With so many potential large critical events on the future horizon, I believe God's protection for our nation comes from the earnest prayer effort of so many intercessory ministries.  Prayer has always preserved nations.  God's blessing is also conditional on our treatment of Israel and our support for this nation.  How can you personally prepare for the coming Shemitah?  Walk close to God and listen to His voice. Follow good financial practices during this season.  Stay out of, or get out of debt.  Consider moving your investments out of the stock market into more secure forms.  Precious metals have always been good.  Consider silver in small exchangable increments.  Please watch the above video just made and showing how violent the earth has become just the last weeks.

How to Lead People into the Baptism of the Holy Spirit - Evangelism Toolbox

Jesus was born of the Spirit in the womb of Mary.  He never needed to be born again by the Holy Spirit as we do.  But Jesus needed to be baptized in the Holy Spirit for ministry empowerment.  John wrote of Jesus baptism, "I saw the Holy Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and remaining UPON Him."  (1:32)  This UPON Holy Spirit is the baptism we all need to be empowered for life and ministry.  Then John said, "Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit". (1:33)  For us His people the church, this initial baptism or the "baptism of the Holy Spirit in fire and power" happened on Pentecost. Jesus had already given the Holy Spirit to the disciples in John 20:21.  So Jesus said to them again, "Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you."  And when He has said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit." (John 20:21-22)  So Pentecost does not represent the initial giving of the Holy Spirit but the "baptism of the Holy Spirit". You need this "baptism of the Holy Spirit" to witness with power and move in the supernatural gifts like healing, word of knowledge, word of wisdom and other signs Paul talks about in I Corinthians 12. Luke wrote in the book of Acts 1:8 "You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." Remember you are indwelt with the Holy Spirit at the time of your salvation.  This indwelling Holy Spirit, however, is not the second work of the Holy Spirit...empowerment.

Here are the principles:
1. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is received by faith just like your salvation.  You simply "believe and receive".  

2. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is released by confession with your tongue and mouth. You can pray something like, "I believe Lord Jesus, that you want to empower me for ministry by giving me Your power of the Holy Spirit.  I now receive by faith this wonderful gift you promised me.  Take my life completely and I ask the Holy Spirit to come upon me and anoint me with your fire. Loose my tongue to speak praises unto your name." 

3. The early church and today's church often evidences this baptism with the supernatural gift of tongues.  Most people have the freedom to began speaking in tongues immediately following their baptism in the Spirit.  Acts 2:2-4 says, "And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and sat upon each of them.  And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."

4. If you are leading someone into the baptism of the Holy Spirit, you want to encourage them to begin speaking in tongues and worshipping God by speaking in tongues with them. It often gives them courage to release there own gift from Jesus.

5. God often transfers giftings through the laying on of hands.  I have taught Christian workers to lay hands on those receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

6. The gift of tongues has often been different languages of the world.  We have witnessed people speaking in a language they have never learned with others in the room knowing that language.  The interpretation is always one of exalting Jesus and praising God.

I cannot over emphasize the importance of being "Holy Spirit" empowered for ministry.  The gifts of the Spirit are always given for effective witness.  Jesus used the "word of knolwedge" with the woman at the well.  He used the "gifts of healings" to bring people into the kingdom. Remember Jesus never performed any miracles until He was empowered by the Holy Spirit at His baptism.  He is our example for all ministry.

How to heal the sick - Evangelism Toolbox

Sickness in people's lives comes from a variety of sources.  Violating simple health rules by improper diet can cause disease. Sickness can come from generational curses and many people inherit their diseases of their parents and grandparents. Sickness can also come from "spirits of infirmity" sent by Satan to disrupt our lives and take away our peace.  The bible says, "Jesus healed them from many diseases..and cast out many demons"  If you know how to pray for sick people you can find a wonderful answer to their desire to be well.  In over 50 years of ministry and years of street ministry in San Francisco, Seattle and Tampa, I found that I moved into an effective method of healing that really saw results.  I have seen totally blind people healed.  Many of my friends remember the girl deaf from birth that was healed here in Tampa at our outreach.  I want to share this simple approach God has shown me as to how to pray for the sick.

1. Healing operates in an atmosphere of "Faith".  "Jesus seeing their faith said to the man, rise and be healed, your sins are forgiven you."  I always ask people before I pray for them, "Do you believe Jesus can heal you right now?"  Jesus practiced this same principle with blind Bartemaeus.  Jesus said, "What would you have me to do?"  It was evident that he was blind, but Jesus was releasing this man's faith.  "O, that I might receive my sight.."  was Bartemaeus's answer.

2. Healing happens through their declaration of faith.  I always have the sick person participate in their healing.  I ask them first if they have faith for it and if they do, second I ask them to declare that faith.. have them repeat....."I receive my healing NOW in Jesus name... I AM HEALED!"  Remember the power of life and death is in our tongues!
Speaking over that sickness in Jesus name has awesome power over disease. I believe we should also follow the biblical pattern of anointing with oil and laying on of hands.

Notes:  Not all healing manifests immediately.  Jesus prayed for a blind man and he didn't receive his full healing.  He saw men walking as trees...ie. could not see clearly. But continued declaration and obedience of this man's faith brought him to total healing. If people don't see an immediate manifestation, don't let them be discouraged... just continue to confess and believe.  God keeps His word. 

3.  God can also use doctors and natural means for healing like changing your diet, or discontinuing certain habits like smoking, drugs, etc.  So don't discount a variety of ways God can heal people. But I love to see the miraculous hand of God through immediate supernatural touches of God's love in "signs and wonders".  So join with me and have courage and pray for the sick to be healed!

How To Cast out Demons... Evangelism Toolbox

Almost 1/3 of Jesus ministry was casting out demons.  Jesus gave this same authority to His original disciples and then to us. Mark 16:16-17 Jesus said, "Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature...and these signs shall follow them that believe, in my name they shall cast out demons."  Jesus clearly gives us His authority. Having ministered for over 50 years and bringing many to freedom from demon control, I want to share some very simple tools that really work. Casting out demons can become somewhat a strange ministry with some people.  They make way more of it than God intended. Many people are also afraid to perform this ministry because it seems beyond them.  I strongly suggest you can do this.  I always surround myself and my family with the covering of the blood of Jesus and make sure my personal life is tuned to God's love and control.  If you follow these simple principles you will find it absolutely simple to do and effective: 

Principle #1 - Demons operate only by their legal authority given to them by taking territory.  First, they are territorial!  Eph. 4:27 says, "Nor give place to the devil." 
Remember, demons cannot operate in this natural world without a body or place to operate. They also know they are operating illegally.... so take authority!

Principle #2 - Demons operate by permission.  Someone at sometime in their life have given demons permission to operate because of disobedience to God's word and commands. Also participation in the occult, witchcraft and other demonic activities can bring demon control. Practicing habitual sins with unrepentance can also give permission to demons to indwell our bodies, souls or minds.  Demons simply observe our lives and enter when they witness a heart of unrepentance and rebellion.  Also remember your "spirit man" can never be touched by demons.  (see post spirit, soul and body)

So How do you cast out demons?  Simple....
1. Take away their territory by bringing our bodies, souls and minds under the absolute ruler ship and blood of Christ through genuine repentance and confession.  Demons know their legal rights over you and know when they lose them.  Repentance LEGALLY closes the door to demons.  Have the person pray this prayer... "Father, I confess and turn away from this sin, I yeild my body totally to your authority and control.  I break every tie that I have had with demonic control in the name of Jesus."

2. Take away their permission by commands!  Jesus never played mental games with demons, but simply commanded them to leave.  Declare in Jesus name... "I command every demon to come out of this person.  You have no legal right to remain.  This person is now under the ruler ship and authority of Jesus Christ.  The blood of Jesus against you demons!  In Jesus mighty name be gone!"

True Discipleship - What is a true disciple?

True disciples are believers that have learned to "walk in the Spirit". The key to spiritual growth and true discipleship is a full understanding of spirit, soul and body.  If you don't see this truth you will not experience the kind of spiritual growth you want. You must learn to not trust your mind, will and soul, but trust your "spirit man". The bible calls it "walking in the Spirit". Your "spirit man" trusts God's word alone and not what you think or feel. Your mind, soul and body will always lead you into deception.  Satan and demons operate only in the areas of mind, soul and body.  (read Genesis 3:6 - Eve used 3 of the five senses)  To learn how to get free from demonic influence, see the post below.."How to cast out demons"  Demons in Christians can only operate in the mind, soul and body..not the "spirit man". Your "spirit man" is protected by the presence of God.

 What are the principles?  
1. The only thing that gets saved is our spirit.  "That which born of the Spirit is spirit and that which is born of the flesh is flesh". Our mind, soul and body do not get saved or born again when we receive Christ.  We still have the same old lusts, habits and mindsets. 

2. Our spirit man comes to life the moment you receive Christ and your spirit man is delcared complete in Christ, holy, acceptable and perfect in His presence (read all of Eph. chapter 1). God has now placed in your spirit man everything you will ever need to be fully conformed to the image of Christ.  Your spirit man is now perfectly complete and completely holy. 

3. You must learn to "Walk in the Spirit" and not in the flesh.  Now your spirit man, empowered by the Holy Spirit, begins to SANCTIFY your body, soul and mind through daily renewal of your mind, submitting your body and conforming to His will. (read Romans 12:1 - 2).  This is a lifelong process as you grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ daily.  It is a slow, but powerful, transformation. (Read II Corinthains 3:18)   Remember your soul is your mind, emotions, will, imagination & conscience.  Your body is your five senses...sight, hearing, feeling, touching & tasting.
