Spirit + Word = Creative Life

God's word is dynamite!  The bible says, "The word of God is quick and powerful (dunamis) and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit and joints and marrow and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart".  On the other side of the coin the bible says, "The heart is deceitful and desperately wicked, who can know it?"   What a contrast.  We have been led to believe that man is basically good and has a good heart.  Even though the unregenerate heart can produce some inspirational moments, and even do some great deeds, our underlying motive is self centered and self promoting.  Paul makes some direct and powerful statements that leave no room for argument.  One is, "In my flesh dwells no good thing".  These simple direct statements seem to go against popular thought.... that man is basically good in himself.  The overall problem is our nature has come from the first Adam.  We have all been produced after the seed of the first Adam. Bottom line is, WE HAVE ALL BEEN BORN WITH A SIN NATURE.  This is uncomfortable for our mind to receive.  But it is true.  That is why God gave us something outside of ourselves that gives us His wisdom, His will, His understanding.  Jesus made this bold statement, "Thy word is truth".  Now we come to the standard by which we can measure ourselves.  God's unfailing truth given by revelation through His WORD!  We cannot go by what "I feel, I think, I understand" in myself.  What happens if we decide to trust His word?  We are set free!  Again Jesus said, "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free".  I am absolutely convinced that you must read the word, embrace the word to your heart and receive the word of God by faith.  When you do, you began to experience God's thoughts, God's love, God's will and God's presence.  Paul simply said, "we have the mind of Christ". Four Blood Moons - Are They Signs?

Tonight at approximately 2:45 am in the early morning hours EST, the first of four blood moons will appear over the skies of America.  The real significance of these 4 blood moons is that they fall on Jewish feasts in both 2014 & 2015.  They fall exactly on the Passover and the Feast of Tabernacles in both years. This series of 4 is called a Tetrad.  This did not happen in the 1700's or the 1800's, but only in the 1900's. We have had blood moons over the centuries, but never exactly on Jewish feasts until 1948 & 1967. First was in 1948 right when Israel was declared a nation, and then again in 1967 at the time of the 6 day war where Israel defeated her enemies both fast and furiously.  If you have been following my study in the book of Revelation, you know that the number 4 is specifically for this year.  I also have a prophetic word video on how the Lord revealed that to me beginning in December of last year and into the New Year of 2014 that the number 4 was significant.  4 has to do with God's dealing with the earth and His prophetic purpose here. When I received that word from the Lord I was not even aware of the 4 blood moons. The 4 Seraphim around the altar have 4 faces and release the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse.  The 4 angels at the corners of the earth hold back the wind for a short season for judgment to fall.  The 4 angels at the river Euphrates are released to gather all the armies of the earth together for Armageddon. The number 4 is very significant with the book of Revelation. Why does the moon turn red? When the moon is fully blocked in this lunar eclipse it picks up the hue that surrounds our planet and reflects it off the moon. Literally what appears around our earth simultaneously is the total of every sunrise and sunset all at once. What are we to look for?  No one really knows.. but we do know that it will be a significant season for the nation of Israel in the next two years.

Do This In Remembrance of Me!

I have just finished watching my annual viewing of  "The Passion" movie by Mel Gibson.  This outstanding movie production always deeply moves me.  I know there are many different movies showing the crucifixion, but Mel Gibson's always ministers to me the most.  I suggest you take the time to view the entire movie.  I never tire reminding myself of the great sacrifice Christ paid for all of our sins.  Paul said that the "cross of Jesus Christ" was the central message.  Probably the most moving scene for me is when Jesus falls under the cross and Mary, His mother, comes to try and comfort Him.  The scene goes back to His childhood when he fell and Mary picked Him up in her arms and helped Him.  But here in this scene she can only listen to His words, "Mother, I make all things new".  When you understand the Father's plan for the ages and how Christ's blood has the redeeming power to not only save us, but to renew all heaven and earth as a "new creation".  No wonder the two themes of heaven's worship is the blood of the Lamb and His creative power in Revelation 4 & 5.  We will be forever celebrating the power of His blood in our new heaven and earth!  Let's celebrate His awesome offering for sin this week in our Passover and Easter season!

                                

                                                                                 

Noah - A New Beginning

Jesus said, "As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the coming of the Son of man". Jesus definitely tied in His second coming to Noah's time. How?  First, men were simply living and existing daily and not acknowledging Jehovah God as rightful King of their lives. They were "eating, drinking, marrying and making merry".  This was not deep gross sinfulness but simple ignorance of Jehovah God's right to rule over their lives.  Second, was evil that did violate man's divine purpose on earth. "Every thought and intend of their hearts was only evil continually" according to Gen. 6. Man had filled the earth with violence, sexual immorality and breaking the foundational laws of mankind that came with original creation. Third was gross immorality through intercourse of women with angels called "sons of God" in Genesis 6:2. Herein lies the reason God wanted to cleanse the earth of this evil.  Giants, called "Nephilim" were born out of these immoral unions. The natural DNA of man's flesh was being changed into something God never intended. We are going down the same road today.  Toying with God's holy imprint on man's original intent and creation. Ignoring Jesus right to rule over our lives and just living for our own selfish purpose.  The earth will again be cleansed.  This time by fire.  But God has preserved a people for His own name.. the bride for His Son Jesus Christ called the "Church of Jesus Christ".  Jesus said that this cleansing would "Make all things new". This will happen during the great tribulation as man's sins will "pay double" according to the book of Revelation. How can we escape such a judgment?  By allowing Jesus Christ to cleanse your life through His covenant shed blood on the cross.  Noah story is not just an account of cleansing the earth of all evil, but starting again with God's covenant blessing with a "new heaven and earth" wherein dwells His righteousness alone!

Firstfruit Offering - Key to Abundance

We are in the season of some of Israel's feasts.  Coming shortly is the Passover season. The Passover pictures the sacrifical lamb slain and the blood placed over the doorposts. It is this feast that pictures the final sacrifice for sins.. Jesus Christ. It also pictures Christ's resurrection as the first of a new kind of resurrected body from the dead. 50 days later follows the Feast of Pentecost or the feast of Firstfruits.  Firstfruit pictures the offering Israel gave to guarantee the final harvest or 2nd harvest.  It was the first of the blessing of that years harvest as a meal offering, burnt offering, drink offerings and was gleaned and given to the priests. The tithe of the 2nd harvest given in a later feast was given to the Levites.  Why is this important? Jesus Christ is called the "High Priest and apostle of our confession" in Hebrews. The apostolic ministry today aligns with the high priestly ministry of the Old Testament. The key for businesses to come into abundance is to align with credible apostolic present ministries that are reaching the world.  A divine protection comes over businesses that align and bring the firstfruit offering. I can already attest to this working in a big way in one business that responded when I challenged them to make a firstfruit offering and they ended up receiving God's enormous blessing.  Find a credible apostolic ministry that you can begin to partner with. Plant firstfruit offerings in that ministry and watch what God can do. The early church laid their money at the apostles feet and every need was met in the entire church including the widows and orphans! It says that no one lacked anything they needed. That says something about God's provision and the way the biblical pattern works. I encourage you to do what Proverbs 3:9 says , "Honor the Lord with the firstfruits of all your wealth".  God will open the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing and your vats will overflow with new wine!

Book of Revelation - Time Line

Having finished the 22 chapter study of the book of Revelation, I will teach one more study on the prophetic time-line of Revelation chapters 1 through 22.  This study will give you the best picture of how the church age and tribulation look from beginning to end.  This is Jesus final "Action Plan" for the end of this age.  This is truly the completion of all things that we now see on planet earth.  Daniel was told to "seal" the book until the time of the end.  John was told to "reveal" the book and unseal it that all may understand at the end of this age.  Then John says, "Blessed is he who reads this book and understands the prophecy and keeps the things written in it."  Why are we so blessed to understand this final revelation of Jesus Christ?  Because it allows us to "make ourselves ready" as the bride for the coming bridegroom.  Jesus will prepare His people called the "bride of Christ" both Jew and Gentile, and we will be tuned in to the Holy Spirit's voice so in Revelation 22 it is both the "Spirit and the bride" saying come Lord Jesus.  I have well called the book of Revelation Jesus "Love Letter to the Church".  Revelation 1 starts out with the declaration, "Him who loved us and gave Himself for us..."  Revelation 2 & 3 explains everything that keeps us from intimacy with Christ's love and the seven churches are to return to "their first love".  Chapter 4 & 5 talks about the throne room which is the source of God's love.  Revelation 6 - 19  talks about the extent Jesus is willing to go through to cleanse this earth of all evil and prepare a place to reign with us and live with His bride.  Babylon, the great harlot is destroyed completely in this section of Revelation.  It is Jesus "Cleansing power of love".  And final Revelation 20 - 22 talks about His eternal purpose of love and the final abiding place of God's throne with man as heaven joins earth and the "New Jerusalem" His city bride unites with the people "Bride" His church for our permanent abode.  God now tabernacles with man for eternity!   Don't miss this final study, you will be blessed to have greater revelation of the end-times.  You can find all the studies on the book of Revelation at our Kingdom Life University online web site.

Revelation 22 - The Last Word

Revelation 22 concludes with the "Spirit and bride" saying the same thing!  Finally the church has become tuned in to the Spirit's voice!  7 times in Revelation 2 & 3 John cries, "He that hath ears to hear let him hear what the Spirit is saying"!  That was at the beginning of the church age and tribulation. The tribulation period will be the greatest time of the bride of Christ "preparing herself" for the bridegroom.  As the world system called "Babylon" collapses, all that distracts us from Christ will be destroyed.  The need to hear the Spirit's voice in this time period will be absolutely essential. Finally the bride has "made herself ready".  Revelation concludes with the beauty of the new heaven and earth joining together as the city "bride" descends to join the people "bride" and they are united forever into one place.  Planet earth will be physically linked with the descended "new Jerusalem" city sent from God.  A river of "Pure water" will flow from the throne of God and fill the earth.  Today about 2.5 of all water on earth is pure!  But then 100% of the earth will be filled with absolutely pure water.  There will be no more sea to separate us from one another.  This river from the throne will support the "tree of life" which will bear fruit each of the 12 months. The leaves will also bring constant healing over and over again to all creation.  The sun and moon will have dissolved at the end of the millennium so the new light will be God's presence.  Can you imagine what kind of earth this will be?  No pollution, no curse, no evil.. only God's peace and love and presence.  We shall reign with Him forever and ever.  Have you ever wondered why there is so great a universe with billions of galaxies?  We will have access to the heavens as our playgrounds for eternity.  Just as Jesus ascended up from their sight in Acts 1:19 "Ye men of Galilee, why standing you gazing into heaven, this same Jesus who is taken up from you will so come in like manner."  Jesus went up physically in a body and so shall we be like Him forever.  Jesus ate with His resurrected body with the disciples and then disappeared out of their sight. This new body will have unusual abilities!  We will be housed in a body just like His resurrected body.  If you are a true born again believer in Christ, you have a lot to look forward to.  But if you do not know Jesus, your name has been now blotted out of the "Book of Life" and you will forever be with Satan and his demons in the final lake of fire.  No wonder John again cries, "Let him that is athirst come and drink of the water of life (Jesus Christ) freely."    You can receive Christ NOW by just inviting Him into your heart and life and asking Him to wash your sins away.  It is that simple.  

                                                                          

Revelation 21 - All Things New

Revelation 21 gives us a beautiful picture of the final creation of heaven and earth!  All of the present creation  experiences entropy. Entropy is defined as "The gradual decline into disorder" and is what the Babylonian system ultimately experiences.  God's last creation will never find disorder or decline.  "Of the increase of His kingdom there is no end". (Isa 9:6-7) God's final creation will continually increase in beauty and form. The "New Jerusalem" is a visual picture of God's final creation.  It descends from above, not ascends from the earth.  It will not be touched by human hands so it has no imperfection.  This city comes from God as His gift to us His bride.  So it comes complete and ready to occupy.  It is His tabernacle from heaven that literally touches earth and this divine connection between heaven and earth is the final answer to Jesus prayer, "Thy kingdom come... on earth as it is in heaven". (Luke 6)  Heaven and earth joined together physically for eternity and God will dwell with man.  This is the second time God tabernacles with us.  First in His own Son Jesus who was the "Fullness of Him" manifest on earth.  Man did not and could not in this time and space dispensation see the fullness of Christ, but rather rejected and crucified Him.  But this second visitation of God's tabernacle with man will be fully received by Christ's redeemed bride of Jews and Gentiles.  In fact, at the end of Revelation the "Spirit and bride say come".  Both the people "Bride of Christ" and the "City Bride of Christ" are linked together. We will welcome this end-time visitation of God's throne to earth and will walk in His presence for eternity.  The kings of the earth will continually bring their glory to this city and throne room.  This confirms the truth that planet earth will be both present and occupied for eternity. God has always intended to have an earth and heaven together demonstrating His forever increasing glory. We will occupy the New Jerusalem as our final home. But will have access to planet earth for growth and development.  Perhaps earth will be closer linked to the New Heavens as well.  Undoubtedly inter planetary travel and networking will be a part.  Dallas Theological Seminary actually did a study on the size of this New Jerusalem and assuming that their will be approximately 20 billion confirmed born again believers at the end, we each will have approximately a 75 acre lot on which to live in our mansion and grounds surrounding it. You can multiply that in families of let's say 4 people living in the same mansion... 300 acres of space!  We have little idea what great things God has for us.  Let's prepare our hearts for the coming Millennium and then the final rewards and blessing coming in the New Heaven and New Earth living in our New Jerusalem city.  To learn more about the entire book of Revelation go to our Kingdom Life University  website for all the 22 videos.  Here is the teaching on this exciting coming city - The New Jerusalem

Millennium - The Coming Golden Age (Revelation 20)

Man has forever dreamed of a golden age on earth.  It is coming!  After the tribulation which literally destroys the infrastructure of earth's cities and nations, Jesus Christ returns with His bride of both Jews and Gentiles to establish this "Golden Age" of His reign and glory.  Satan has been now cast into his 1,000 year prison, the curse is lifted off this earth and those that survived the tribulation and did not take the mark of the beast 666, restore planet earth to its greatness along with the reigning bride of Christ. With no war, sickness, suffering and extended growing seasons because of the presence of Jesus on earth, mankind will have an opportunity to bring this planet to its original intent of the garden of Eden.  Jesus Christ shall reign from Jerusalem with a rod of iron.  But His reign is pure love!  Justice will be executed immediately and rebellion will not be allowed. Peace shall reign and mankind will worship together the true King of kings and Lord of lords. The lion will lay with the lamb!  Nature will be quiet and orderly.  Many will live again to long life and perhaps natural men will live to be 900 years old as in the days of Noah before the flood. The glory of God on earth will increase during this 1000 years and this golden age will be the fruit of the righteousness of Christ as the garment of all who have received Jesus as savior. The beauty of God's golden city Jerusalem shall shine as the sun as Jesus literally reigns from His throne there.  Men will be able to travel to Jerusalem and experience His literal presence on earth again.  Unfortunately children born of natural mothers and fathers during this age have not been tested for their faith.  So Satan will be loosed for a short season to see where their heart lies.  The unbelieving children will form an army to take over Jerusalem and follow Satan and rise against the Lamb of God. They shall quickly be cut down.  Then the final "great white throne judgement" happens where all who have died from the beginning earth's time shall stand before Jesus Christ and the books will be opened.  First the book of life.  If their names are not written there, they stand in eternal judgment of the lake of fire forever.  Then the books of their deeds will be opened and every man will be judged out of the books which have recorded every evil deed done their entire lifetime.  No man will be able to point a finger at Jesus and blame Him for their coming eternal judgment.  Each man will realize it was his or her own sins that condemn them.  The greatest sin of all has been their rejection of the finished work of Christ and not receiving, by faith, His completed justification through His blood.  They will then be cast into the lake of fire prepared for Satan and his demons and forever dwell there in separation from the love and grace of God.  If you have not received Jesus Christ as savior, I implore you to do so today.  Just pray, "Father I know you love me and have a plan for my life.  You sent your Son Jesus Christ to pay the penalty of my sins and wash them away by His blood.  I receive Him now as my Lord and Savior. Come into my life now Jesus and wash me clean.  I make you the Lord of my life".  Amen!

Heaven is a place of consummate worship and praise.  In the book of Revelation you constantly see the 24 elders and the four living creatures fall down and worship the Lamb.  Then heaven is joined by the 144,000 witnesses of the tribulation who have just experience the greatest time of harvest ever seen in the world.  They too celebrate the shed blood of the Lamb and His creative power on earth.  If that is not enough, the bride of Christ joins heavens praise for their great worship of the Lamb slain for them from the foundation of the world.  Finally the converted nation Israel joins the bride of Christ and together the Lamb is praised!    Second it tunes earth to heaven. So many times I have seen prophetic words come out of times of high praise.  It just flows and the gifts of prophecy are released on earth because we have tuned in to heaven.  Paul said, "Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your hearts to the Lord."  (Ephesians) Thus you move in the Spirit of God and receive from the throne of God.  How powerful is it to tune in the heaven from earth?  Life changing.. that's how powerful.  Third, it is warfare.  We are in a battle and it can only be won by the grace of God.  Creating an atmosphere where warring angels dwell, where the Holy Spirit is present, where the word of God is being sung in spiritual songs... WOW!  What more can i say?  Tune in to our wonderful worship TV channel and see for yourself.

Dressed in white we’re made pure by His blood

His righteousness covers us with His love

All nations come just as one to His throne

To get rewards for the works we have done

Curse is gone, earth restored, love is shown

Grace and peace for his bride is now known

We reign as kings and as priests at his side

In His righteousness alone we abide

Time has come everyone lift up the Son

The Bride is coming.. the King is coming

After the antichrist turns the 10 nation confederacy against the second beast, the false prophet and the false religious system, Satan's kingdom begins to fall.  Satan is full of nothing but lies, murder, destruction and violence. A kingdom divided cannot stand. Not only does he attack his own, but he attacks as many true believers as he can and many lose their lives through beheading.  Beheading is mentioned repeatedly in the book of Revelation! Even now many die for their faith.  It is estimated that over 106,000 Christians were martyred just last year alone.
Revelation 6:9-10 When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”

 But this marks the end of Satan's wicked rule on earth.  He finally gathers all nations to the battle of Armageddon and they are destroyed by the coming of Christ with His bride!  This is the final battle and ends the life of all whose names are not written in the Lambs book of life. Revelation 19 gives this summary and pictures the fulfillment of Satan's doom.  Satan and the false prophet are both cast into hell! Heaven celebrates the Bridegroom/King.  Jesus Christ alone is worthy of praise and glory and honor for His judgments have "BEEN JUST" and perfect.  He has allowed sin itself to bring the final verdict.  "Every man will be judged according to HIS OWN works".  The blood of all the martyrs who died for their faith is avenged. Spirit, Soul & Body - Truth made simple

This is one of the most profound spiritual truths you will ever read. It is the key to understanding spiritual growth, your standing in Christ, and how to live victoriously. The lack of understanding the spirit, soul and body has brought defeat and discouragement to most Christians. The ONLY THING THAT GET'S SAVED AND PERFECTED at salvation is your spirit. Your soul, which is your emotions, mind, will, imagination and conscience, and your body, which are your 5 senses only becomes SANCTIFIED through your walking in the SPIRIT after you are saved. You are only made a new creation in your spirit! Jesus said, "That which is born of the Spirit is spirit, and that which is born of the flesh is flesh." in John chapter 3. The flesh and body are still the same as they were before you found Christ. That is why your soul and body still have the same issues after you are saved. If you smoked and did drugs before salvation, your body will still crave them until the power of deliverance comes through the Spirit in your spirit by the blood and name of Christ. Paul said, "They that walk in the Spirit will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh". He never said your flesh would stop desiring the same old things. But now that Christ dwells in your spirit by faith, you have the potential to overcome all things! The key is learning to "walk in the Spirit". For me, praying in the Spirit daily really helps tune me in to the Holy Spirit's voice. (that is praying in tongues as well as with understanding like Paul the apostle). Reading the word of God tunes me into the Spirit, because the Holy Spirit searches the deep things of God and reveals them to my spirit through the Word of God! Fellowshipping with others who "walk in the Spirit" and talking about spiritual things helps me tune into the Holy Spirit's voice. Paul also said, "I die daily". What does that mean. Paul learned to "Recon himself crucified with Christ, buried with Christ, risen with Christ, seated with Christ and now reigning with Christ" by the power of the Holy Spirit! (please go to my teaching on the book of Romans chapters 5-7) By walking in the Spirit, you diminish the effect that your soul and body have on you. They become obedient to the voice of God and eventually every "thought is brought into captivity to Christ", as Paul said.

Making Final Preparations - What's coming?

I feel young and vibrant and age is a matter of the mind.  One has said, "If you don't mind, it doesn't matter".  But, unfortunately I get all these mailings about final preparations. "Have you bought your grave"?  Do you need "knee replacements"?  We have discount "wheel chairs and elevators to take you to your second floor".  Good night, I'm offended, but often laugh off these special mail offers because of my age.  Computers kick out the information to those of us who have passed 70.  The study through the book of Revelation that I am giving also sends a strong message to planet earth... it's getting late and you better prepare.  Better to not laugh this one off!  God tells us that if you can read the clouds in the sky, that it's going to rain, you can read the "signs of the times".  What can we do to prepare for what is about to happen on planet earth.  First, don't be shaken in unbelief, but stand firm on God's word.  "We are not the children of darkness that that day should overtake us as a thief..." We will know because of the prophetic word coming at the end of this age.  We hear it everywhere, even in the news. Second, prepare your family, your business and your personal life for what is coming.  I have spent some time discussing these events with my children, especially my two youngest who are still at home.  Do you have a business plan to take you through the tribulation and into the millennium?  Sound's kinda crazy doesn't it? But who is going to rebuild this earth after the terrible destruction during the great tribulation?  The bride of Christ, which includes Jews and Gentiles together as we return with Him in clouds of believers. As we reign with Christ, He will be using us to rebuild this earth into what the Father calls the "glorious kingdom of His dear Son", Jesus.  Have you discussed an escape plan with your family from cities of destruction that is coming?  Jesus says many will flee into the wilderness and places of protection.  Not only is Israel going to escape the coming great tribulation in it's land, but all true believers will be warned to flee to safety.  Doesn't it make good sense to make some preparations?  I live in Florida and every time a hurricane heads this way, people stock up food, board windows, fill their cars with gas and prepare to flee...especially along the coast. If I told you that the grocery stores will be empty don't you think it might be wise to have at least a 100 lb bag of beans and rice in storage? I was raised on a ranch in Colorado and we made preparation for hard times. We were located about 60 miles from the great Rocky Mountain range and Pacific storms would often send hail raining down on our crops.  I remember getting "hailed out" three years in a row.  We made it but it was because my dad made preparation for hard times.  Perhaps that is why I am writing this post...because I see my father.  Finally, get yourself tuned into God's divine purpose during this age.  Make His kingdom the first priority in life.  

Revealtion 18 - Babylon is fallen, is fallen!

The spirit of Babylon has permeated the church and modern culture!  God cries to His people at the end of this age to leave the Babylonian system or we will come under her judgments and plagues. Revelation 18:3 "And I heard another voice from heaven say, 'come out of her my people, lest you share in her sins and lest your receive her plagues.'" What is Babylon?  It is building a lifestyle, city or nation independent of God for self, with pride and arrogance. It is building a tower of religion on man's works through human effort and not on God's grace alone. It is a self righteous spirit of exalting man above God. It is creating a one world government and religion to protect it.  Abraham saw the coming judgment on the city of Sodom.  God graciously sent angels to take out Lot's family.  Righteous Lot had become so influenced by the spirit of Sodom, that he reluctantly left, and even his wife looked back and turned to salt.  Leaving Babylon is radical and painful for the modern church and most Christians.  God judged Sodom not only for her sexual sins, but for her self-serving wealth.  Ezekiel 16:49 says "The daughters of Sodom had idleness of time, riches, fullness of bread, pride and she did not strengthen the hand of the poor."  Much of Africa, for example, still suffers because she was not taught manufacturing and even farming because England controlled many nations and made them Colonial servants  to protect her Western Europeon wealth. South Africa has only recently recovered from this kind of oppression and found her strength in her national identity.  The 10 nation confederacy of the antichrist will be the final control of pride,  wealth and influence and will be judged for her spirit of slavery over the oppressed. How do we break the spirit of Babylon in our lives and families?  First, seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness.  Totally abandon religious and spiritual pride and come under the absolute ruler ship of Christ and His kingdom.  Humble yourself!  Second, demonstrate a spirit of giving and sacrifice by being generous to the needs of the poor.  You break the spirit of greed and selfishness by demonstrating an opposite spirit of love and generosity.  Pray for compassion!  Third, abandon self-righteousness and recognize that Christ's righteousness alone gives you right standing with the Father.  Heaven has already manifested God's love with the gift of God's Son, Jesus Christ. Revelation 17 - Mystery Babylon Revealed

John uses some of the most potent language in the bible describing the end-time, one world religious system called the great "whore" the harlot who deduces the nations to worship the beast, the antichrist. Her golden cup in her hand is filled with her fornication with the kings of the earth who embrace her lustful, seductive spirit. She is rich, powerful and on "many waters" (Revelation 17:1).  That means she has influence internationally.  Finding her history all the way back to ancient Babylon in Genesis 10 & 11, Nimrod built the first city and a tower to reach the heavens.  It is man's first attempt to circumvent Jehovah true God and make a way without Jehovah to establish and create his own religious system based on man's terms.  It is built out of human pride through self achievement and for man to make a name for himself!  Babylon has infiltrated the modern church today.  Everything that operates in our churches outside the righteousness of Christ is of Babylon.  She merchandises, seduces through manipulation and disregards the foundation of God's kingdom.  The spirit of Jezebel permeates her walls and works.  She makes a way for every kind of demon to operate within her outwardly beautifully adorned facade.  She has a form of godliness, but denies the power thereof.  Babylon religion is "flesh at it's best".  Not crucified with Christ and living in the resurrection power of Christ, but looking to herself and exalting the works of her hands alone. The Babylonian harlot says, "come let us build together...".  She embraces the worlds methods and money.  Her cry for unity is the same cry that Nimrod made to all mankind in Genesis to join hands and build a tower to heaven. Religion seeks heaven, but without the God of heaven.  Pride is in every human act independent of God.  Paul said, "For me to live is Christ."  and also "bring every thought into captivity to Christ."  Humility is living in the righteousness of Christ alone and exercising total dependence on the power of the Holy Spirit.  The end of religious Babylon is confusion and destruction.  God confounded the languages of mankind while they were building the tower of Babel. God said, "If they operate in unity against me, there is nothing the they cannot do."  The end of religious Babylon in Revelation 17 is total destruction.  The antichrist and his 10 nation confederacy totally turns against this harlot the great "whore".  He burns her with fire and takes down her entire false religious system.  In the end, everything about Satan is self-destructive.

In contrast is the beautiful bride of Christ referred to as a "Chaste Virgin"  Clothed with the righteousness of Christ Himself.  She represents everything opposite to the "great Whore" of Revelation 17.  She is holy, blameless and washed in the blood of Christ. She is forgiven, cleansed and pure because of Christ's love.  She is prepared and adorned to reign with Christ and faithful to the end. She  is the reason Christ died and rose again!  She is His passion and He loves and cherishes her and has prepared for her a place at His side for all eternity.

Worship TV

I love to worship.  I will be speaking tomorrow morning at Exalted Word Church in Sefner,

Florida.  The pastor, Ron Ellis, asked me to speak on worship. Worship is WONDER!. Wonder means to be in awe, to be emotionally and spiritual moved to see the extraordinary events that God brings to our mortal minds. "The heavens declare the glory of God and the earth shows His handiwork."  I constantly stand in wonder at creation and the handiwork of God. The early apostles moved in signs and wonders!  People knew that what was happening was beyond man's ability and in the realm of the miraculous.  God loves to demonstrate His power.  Whether its opening up the Red Sea for Israel to cross or bringing down the walls of Jericho, God constantly did wonders.  His wonders brings us to worship Him.  Worship is WITNESS!  It declares something that God is.  When worshipping on the streets of San Francisco many times, I realized that a Holy attraction was released and people responded. Jesus said, "If I be lifted up, I will draw all men to me".  There is a universal attraction to Jesus presence.  You can travel around the world and you will find that all peoples worship in awe at the name of Jesus. Worship is WHOLENESS.  David commanded his soul (mind, emotions, will) to bless the Lord in Psa. 103.  Sometimes we need to command ourselves to enter into thanksgiving for the enormous blessings that God has given and is giving us each day. Worship centers our minds and hearts on Jesus Christ and Father God in the power of the Holy Spirit. When this centering happens we enter into unusual peace.  Paul said in Philippians 4:6 "be anxious for nothing but in everything with prayer and supplication, WITH THANKSGIVING, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God that passes understanding will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus."  Worship is WARFARE!  Jehosaphat sent the singers at the head of the army and the enemy was defeated.  Worship drives demons away.  I saw this happen many times on the streets of San Francisco, Seattle and Tampa.  Demons cannot stand the presence of God and especially songs about the blood of Christ.  They are literally tormented when people sing of the blood of Jesus.  You can enjoy none stop 24/7 worship on our worship channel.  

                                                                             

Revelation 15 - 16 Seven Last Plagues

The seventh angel of the seventh plague of Revelation 16 finally announces "it is done"! The earth has finally been cleansed of all evil deeds and evil men.  Purged by just judgment the whole earth feels the glory and power of God.  Justice has finally cried out it's last refrain and man's sins that in Revelation 12 were like ripened grapes in the wine press of God's righteous wrath, come to full press.  I remember when President Obama was on nationwide television and walked down the long corridor in the white house and came to the podium, leaned against it with both hands and said to America.  "People of America, tonight I have an announcement, Osama Ben Laden has been killed and justice has prevailed."  Celebration broke out on the streets of America and people waved their flags of these United States in victory.  Justice had been served for those more than 3,000 souls that died in the twin towers of the world trade center.  The same kind of celebration will be world-wide as the righteous who have received Christ and prevailed through the tribulation and prayed for justice, have finally seen the earth purged of Satan, the antichrist the false prophet and those who had taken the mark of the beast . The first angel carrying the first bowl  pours it out on earth and the wickedness of man's heart manifests in cancerous boils all over their bodies with no cure.  The next angels pour out their bowls and the oceans and all rivers turn to blood and all living things in them die.  This is in response to all the innocent blood shed through millions of abortions, murders of Christians and sufferings of the innocent.  Men and women who shed the blood must now drink the blood. The earth cries out for all the abominations and unjust acts of men and a world-wide earthquake levels all mountains and all the Islands in the sea disappear.  This is truly the end of the world as we know it. Three times in Revelation 15 & 16 worship emerges declaring God's righteous just judgments. No man will be able to blame God for what is happening at the end of this age. All men will realize that it was their unrighteous deeds and rebellious hearts that caused these judgments. They will realize it is just and right for God' to cleanse the earth.  All sin pays its own penalty unless it is covered by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ who bore our sins in His own body. But we must receive this free gift by faith (Ephesians 2:8 - 10) Up to this point in Revelation, over and over again, God had demonstrated his grace and love to the lost world, not willing that any should perish.  He had sent His church to witness, the 144,000 joining them in witness and the two mighty prophets Moses and Elijah to witness. But they had been rejected and many saints even die for their witness. But all of these judgments come on those who have taken sides with the the Babylonian system and the anitchrist.  But God delivers those who have believed and received His provision through Jesus.  Just as Israel was cared for in the land of Goshen even though the plagues were falling right next to them on Egypt, so God will protect His own for He has "Delivered us from this day of wrath."  I Thress. 5:9.  

                                                                              

Power of Praise

Praise and worship changes the atmosphere and releases the presence of God into the circumstance or situation.  Being a worship musician and leader I have learned the power of praise and worship.  I really became aware of what worship can do on the streets of San Francisco and for almost 9 years led worship at Powell and Market streets weekly at our "Project Light" outreaches.  Why is worship so powerful?  First, it is warfare. II Chronicles 20 the king of Israel, Jehosaphat, was told to send the singers to the head of the battle.  Unusual and seemingly fatal in the natural.  But  God was teaching Jehosaphat and power that releasing God's presence can have on the enemy.  This huge army that surrounded Israel was threatening and seemingly undefeatable.  But God allowed them to turn on each other and kill themselves.  The end result was it took three days for Israel just to gather all the spoils of the battle and even then they could not carry all the bounty home!  I saw over and over this happen on the streets of San Francisco.  When the enemy's demonic presence would seemingly block or try and stop the move of God, praise and worship would break through!.  We would always would sing about the blood of Jesus and the whole atmosphere would change.  We were being attacked through a march of over 1,000 radicals as we were preparing to worship at Union Square right in the center of San Francisco.  The leader of the march came to me as we had just set up the equipment and were ready to began worship.  He said, "We are coming this way shortly and we are taking over Union Square and nothing you can do can stop us!"  Breathing out threatenings, Satan was trying to initiate fear in us. I became bold in the Spirit and said, "Your too late, someone else has already taken over!"  He said, "Well who is that?"  I said "Jesus Christ is here and he rules".  His response was, "You will see when all our marchers arrive."  He walked off and I cried to the Lord and said, "Help us!"  I heard clearly, start your worship immediately and I will cover you.  So the worship team began to praise and worship and here came the radical marchers.  When they hit the square they absolutely began walking around as blind men.  They simple dissolved and scattered.  The police were there and said they had never seen anything like this and told us to just continue doing what we were doing.
Second, it is witness.  Worship is a declaration of the presence and power of God on earth as it is in heaven!  It addresses God's wondrous glory and goodness.  I have seen people come forward for healing, deliverance and salvation during worship without any altar call.  They are simply drawn into the presence of God.  Jesus is universally attractive and when we lift Him up, He draws all men to Himself.  Third it is wondrous.  It build's the spirit man and makes us sensitive to hear His voice.  I have seen the gifts of prophecy often released during high praise and worship. It declares the creative power of God and the redemptive power.  These two themes are both mentioned in Rev. 4 & 5 as being the central theme's of heaven's worship by the angels, 24 elders and the 4 cheribums around the altar.  It takes us higher into the realm of the glory of God.  It transcends earth and brings heaven to earth.  There are literal angels of the "presence of the Lord' (Isaiah)  that come immediately from the throne room to planet earth to accompany God's presence.  I have felt them so many times on the streets.  Try praise and worship in your life and see for yourself the effect it has on you.  You can listen 24/7 to our worship TV channel at WATV WORSHIP TV.  Just turn it on your cell phone or computer and enjoy God's presence.
